This warranty covers Apex Performance products that meet the following conditions:

• Installed correctly by our qualified technicians.
• Used under normal driving conditions.
• Not modified, misused, or subjected to improper use (including racing or off-road driving unless explicitly allowed).

C. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or use with incorrect vehicle specifications.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
• Products used for competitive motorsport or off-road activities.
• Cosmetic issues such as noise, surface rust, or minor imperfections that do not affect performance or safety.

D. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

• 2. Provide proof of purchase along with a clear description of the problem (photos, inspection report, etc.).
• 3. If necessary, submit additional documentation or return the defective part for evaluation.

If a defect is verified and approved under warranty, Apex Performance will Replace the defective product at no charge
